Furthermore contained in this latest image drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a legend identifying distinct areas of the land.
